The apartment is approached through a small courtyard inside the building with a private seating area which has a small iron table and couple of chairs which may be used with due consideration to other residents.
It can sleep up to 5 people using the comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge, two single beds in bedroom one and a double bed in the second bedroom. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The lounge offers a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table and chairs for up to six people, along with a large Sony plasma TV (100'') and WIFI broadband Internet.

When the lounge windows are open you have the feeling of being on a terrace (as much as you can being inside!) and it's very quiet.
