Our three independently managed apartments are well placed for the Palais, Old Port, Le Suquet, La Croisette and the railway station.
Long stays can work particularly well for temporary assignments, relocations, extended productions and congress projects, property searches, family visits, remote working and spending part of the winter on the Côte d’Azur.

Flexible dates
Request any stay of 28 nights or more. If you are flexible, tell us—we can recommend the dates and apartment that offer the best fit.
Regular care
Your quotation can include fortnightly housekeeping and fresh bed linen, helping the apartment remain comfortable throughout your stay.

You deal directly with us from the first enquiry. We can answer practical questions and help you choose between our three apartments.
About pricing: every quotation reflects the apartment, dates, length of stay, housekeeping and anticipated usage. Cannes congresses and festivals can affect availability and pricing, so we do not apply a single advertised monthly rate.

Long stays are subject to existing reservations. Dates that include a major Cannes event may need a different quotation or apartment.
